We ship Monday, Wednesday and Saturdays only.
Worldwide shipping is free for all orders over $50 USD. For orders under this amount there is a flat fee of $10 USD.
All orders are shipped via Thai Post and include tracking. The estimated delivery time is 14 to 28 BUSINESS days. Faster shipping options are available for an extra cost.

It is the responsibility of the customer to understand their local import laws and regulations. Nanashi Garden will not be held responsible for confiscated packages.
Seeds and Everything Else

Immediate refunds will be issued and orders cancelled for extract orders to restricted countries. (i.e., no Harmala extracts will be sent to Canada or France)
Refunds
Live Plants – We will refund or replace any live plants that arrive doa due to our error. This does not include any customs issues or delays.
Everything Else – We offer a 14 day return policy on all unopened products. For seeds or products that have been opened and found unsatisfactory we will replace the order at no extra cost.
